On our mobile app

You can use our mobile app to block your credit card if it’s lost or stolen or if you notice dodgy transactions. To block your card, log in to the app, click on 'Cards', then the credit card you want to block, then slide over the ‘block transaction on this card’ tab.

You can also let us know if you’re travelling overseas so we can keep a closer eye on your transactions while you’re away. Just go into Settings, then click on 'Overseas Travel' and add your trip details.

When something goes wrong...

Lost or stolen credit card

If your credit card has been lost or stolen let us know as soon as you can and we’ll cancel the card immediately. If you’re in New Zealand call 0800 521 521 and if you’re overseas call us collect on +64 4 473 1133. You can also put a temporary block on your card using our mobile app.

Disputing a transaction

If you find a transaction on your credit card statement that you didn’t make, contact the company that charged you the transaction. If they’ve made an error, they’ll reverse the charge. If they can’t help, contact us on 0800 521 521 and we’ll investigate the transaction for you.
