At your local Kiwibank

Contact your nearest full service Kiwibank to make an appointment, or just drop by – if we can’t see you straight away, we’ll make a time that suits you.

If you’re not a Kiwibank customer, we’ll need to see some ID to verify your identity and your address.

You can bring either:

  • your passport; or
  • your driver licence and a credit or ATM/EFTPOS card from another bank, with your name and signature on it.

You’ll also need to bring something printed with your name and address that’s dated in the last six months such as a bank statement from another bank or a power, phone or utility bill.
