Completing your application

  • To complete your application, you’ll need to verify your identity and address. You can do this online using RealMe, if you've got a RealMe verified identity. Otherwise you'll need to visit your local Kiwibank.
  • Using RealMe can take up to three business days to process.

Our mobile app has some great features. As well as doing all the things you'd expect from a banking app, like paying people, viewing/editing upcoming payments and sending secure messages, you can also use your fingerprint or face ID to login (on compatible devices), view balances on the run, add goals and track your progress.
