    Get a Visa Debit Card with a Free Up account or a Kiwibank Revolving Credit Home Loan.

  • Contactless payments

    Use contactless payments for purchases on your card or mobile device.

  • Using your card overseas

    When using your card overseas for purchases or at an ATM, select ‘Credit’ and enter your PIN.

    You'll be protected against unauthorised use of your card or account details with Visa's Zero Liability policy.

  • Block or unblock your card

    If you lose or have your Visa Debit Card stolen, you can use our mobile app to add a temporary block. See our step-by-step guide.

    If you block your card, you'll still be able to make Apple Pay or Google Pay™ transactions as normal.

  • Set or change a PIN on your card

    You can set or change the PIN on your Visa Debit Card within the mobile app or internet banking.

  • Transactions processed overseas

    When using your card for transactions that are processed overseas, an international transaction fee applies.

To apply for a Visa Debit Card, you must be at least 13 years of age, and link your card to Free Up account or a revolving home loan.
