You’ll need to organise your personal loan insurance when you apply for your loan. If you apply online, we can organise your insurance when we call you to finalise your loan details.

If you took out your personal loan after 15 September 2009, call us on 0800 220 999 between 10.30am – 7pm, Monday to Friday.
If you took out your Kiwibank Personal Loan before 15 September 2009, or if you’re a Kiwibank Home Loan customer with a personal loan – call us on 0800 222 491 between 9am – 6pm Monday to Friday, or 10am – 2pm Saturday.
