Eligibility
- To enter the SYNTHONY prize draw ('prize draw'), you must meet the requirements below.
- If you're a Kiwibank customer:
- Complete the prize draw form using the email address connected to your Kiwibank account — we'll send you a confirmation email.
- If you're not yet a Kiwibank customer:
- Complete the prize draw form — we'll send you a confirmation email.
- Join Kiwibank by opening an account with us within two weeks of entering the prize draw.
- If you're joining Kiwibank, the email address you use to join must match the email you use to sign up for the prize draw.
2. Kiwibank staff may enter the prize draw if they are also a Kiwibank customer, provided they have no involvement with the Once in a Lifetime event or the running of the prize draw.
3. Kiwibank customers who enter the prize draw on 16 May 2026 will automatically be given five entries into the prize draw. For all other customers, only one entry per customer is allowed.
4. The competition is open from 8:00am on 16 May 2026 to 11:59pm on 5 July 2026.
The prize
5. The winner and a companion will receive a prize of two return flights (economy class, specified travel window applies) from any airport in Aotearoa to London, United Kingdom, an accommodation allowance and a hotel stay in London for the night of the show, and two VIP tickets to see SYNTHONY in London. Transport (except for flights), food, spending money, insurance and all other costs aren't included. The winner and the companion must cover all other costs that aren't expressly included in the prize.
6. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and not redeemable for cash or any other item.
7. You and your companion must be 18 years or older on the travel date.
8. You and your companion must have the right to permanently reside in Aotearoa and the right to travel to the United Kingdom.
9. The winner will be provided with specific prize terms and conditions from Brown Bread Ltd upon notification of winning, which must be agreed to before the prize is redeemed.
The prize draw
10. The prize will be randomly drawn on 10 August 2026 from all eligible entries.
11. If we can't contact the winner to confirm the prize and to agree to any specific prize terms within seven days, we reserve the right to re-allocate the prize to a substitute winner and the previous winner will have forfeited their prize.
General
12. The winner is solely responsible for ensuring they can travel to the United Kingdom. Kiwibank accepts no liability if the winner or their companion is denied entry to the United Kingdom or onto their flights for any reason.
13. Kiwibank is not liable if the SYNTHONY event is postponed, rescheduled, relocated, cancelled, or materially changed. In such circumstances, Kiwibank reserves the right to amend, substitute, or withdraw the prize (or any component of it), subject to applicable law.
14. The prize is subject to the terms and conditions of the event organiser, venue, and ticket issuer. The winner and their companion agree to be bound by all applicable event, venue, ticketing, and entry terms and conditions relating to the SYNTHONY event, including any conditions imposed by the event organiser, the venue operator, and ticketing provider.
15. The prize is paid for by Kiwibank Ltd but ultimately provided by Brown Bread Ltd. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Kiwibank isn’t responsible for any loss, damage or injury connected with the prize draw or the prize.
16. Visa does not assume any responsibility for the products and services offered under this promotion. The products are sold, and services are provided solely by the relevant vendors, under such terms and conditions as determined by such vendors, and Visa accepts no liability whatsoever in connection with such products and services. The products and services have not been certified by Visa and under no circumstances shall the inclusion of any product or service in this promotion be construed as an endorsement or recommendation of such product or service by Visa.
17. Any personal information you provide for the prize draw will be handled in accordance with these terms and conditions and our privacy notice.
18. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to take part in any reasonable publicity including publishing the winner’s profile on social media.
19. We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. We can also change, pause or cancel the prize draw at any time.
20. Kiwibank's decision is final. We also reserve the right to disqualify any entry or refuse to award the prize.
