Armageddon Expo prize draw terms & conditions

These terms and conditions govern the Kiwibank Armageddon Expo 2025 London Film and Comic Con prize draw competition (Competition) offered by Kiwibank Limited (Kiwibank, we, our, us).

Anyone who enters the Competition (Entrants, you, your) agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Eligibility

1. To enter the Competition, you need to follow the steps and meet the requirements in this section.
2. If you're a Kiwibank customer with a Visa Debit Card:
   1. Complete the prize draw form — we'll send you a confirmation email.
   2. Make at least five eligible transactions with your Visa Debit Card within 30 days of receiving your confirmation email.
3. If you're a Kiwibank customer without a Visa Debit Card:
   1. Complete the prize draw form — we'll send you a confirmation email.
   2. Order a Visa Debit Card.
   3. Make at least five eligible transactions within 30 days of getting your new card.
4. If you're not yet a Kiwibank customer:
   1. Complete the prize draw form — we'll send you a confirmation email.
   2. Join Kiwibank.
   3. Order a Visa Debit Card.
   4. Make at least five eligible transactions within 30 days of getting your new card.
5. If you're joining Kiwibank, the email address you use to join and sign up for your Visa Debit Card must match the email you use to sign up for the Competition.
6. "Eligible transactions" mean purchases with your Visa Debit Card either online or in-store in Aotearoa. Cash advances, ATM withdrawals, balance transfers or any other transactions are not included.
7. To sign up for a Kiwibank Visa Debit Card, you need to be 13 or older or have permission from a guardian. Visa Debit Card eligibility requirements and other criteria apply.
8. One Competition entry per person. Individual's personal accounts only. Business and joint accounts aren't eligible.
9. Kiwibank staff or people employed by Kiwibank as contractors can't enter the Competition.

To win the Competition

1. The prize will be randomly drawn on 18 May 2026 from all eligible entries. If we can't contact or confirm the prize with the winner within seven days, we reserve the right to re-allocate the prize to a substitute winner and the previous winner will have forfeited their prize.
2. You need to be 13 years or older as at 18 May 2026. Either you or your companion must be 18 or older on the travel date.
3. You and your companion must have the right to permanently reside in Aotearoa and the right to travel to the United Kingdom.
4. The winner and a companion will receive a prize of two return flights (economy class, specified travel window applies) from any airport in Aotearoa to London, United Kingdom, hotel accommodation during your time in London, and two entry tickets to the London Film and Comic Con in July 2026. Transport (except for return flights), food, spending money, insurance and all other costs aren't included. The winner and the companion must cover all other costs that aren't expressly included in the prize.
5. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and not redeemable for cash or any other item.

Additional terms

1. The winner is solely responsible for ensuring that they can travel to the United Kingdom. Kiwibank accepts no liability if the winner or their companion is denied entry to the United Kingdom or onto their flights for any reason.
2. The prize is paid for by Kiwibank Limited but ultimately provided by Beyond Reality Media Premier Event Management Limited, the organiser of Armageddon Expo. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Kiwibank isn’t responsible for any loss, damage or injury connected with the Competition or the prize.
3. Visa does not assume any responsibility for the products and services offered under this promotion. The products are sold, and services are provided solely by the relevant vendors, under such terms and conditions as determined by such vendors, and Visa accepts no liability whatsoever in connection with such products and services. The products and services have not been certified by Visa and under no circumstances shall the inclusion of any product or service in this promotion be construed as an endorsement or recommendation of such product or service by Visa.
4. Any personal information you provide for the Competition will be handled in accordance with these terms and conditions and our privacy policy.
5. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to take part in any reasonable publicity including publishing the winner’s profile on social media.
6. We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. We can also change, pause or cancel the Competition at any time.
7. Kiwibank's decision is final. We also reserve the right to disqualify any entry or refuse to award the prize.
