Changes to how we calculate cash contribution repayments — 24 November 2025

We’re updating the way we calculate how much you may need to repay if you've received a cash contribution and your banking relationship has significantly changed within a four year period.

Currently, any repayment is calculated on a yearly pro-rated basis, based on how long it has been since we paid you the cash contribution.

From 24 November 2025, we’ll be calculating the repayment amount on a daily pro-rata basis. The daily pro-rata calculation assumes 1,460 days in the four year period, based on 365 days each year.

For example, if your cash contribution was $4,000, the daily rate is $2.74 per day ($4,000/1,460 days).
