Kiwibank today announced changes to the Kiwibank Limited Board, including the retirement of Independent Director Kate Jorgensen and the extension of Kevin Malloy’s term as an Independent Director.
Kate Jorgensen
Kate Jorgensen has retired from the Kiwibank Board, effective from 6 November 2026.
Kiwibank Chair, Susan Peterson, thanked Kate Jorgensen for her contribution to Kiwibank.

Kevin Malloy
Kevin Malloy has been reappointed as an Independent Director of Kiwibank for a further term, effective from the current term expiry date of 28 November 2026 to 31 March 2027.
Kevin Malloy has been a Director of Kiwibank since November 2016 and is the Chair of the Remuneration, People and Culture Committee.
