- To use the mobile app for business banking, you first need to register for internet banking
- Do this by calling 0800 113 355 or going to your nearest Kiwibank.
Download and get going
Our mobile app is free to download on the App Store or Google Play. You just need to register for internet banking for business by calling us on 0800 601 601 to see your business accounts when you log in.
Staying safe online
We have two online authentication services that provide an extra layer of security when you're using our mobile app.
KeepSafe
KeepSafe is an online question and answer based authentication tool. You'll set it up the first time you login to internet banking, and each time you login after that you'll need to answer a KeepSafe question to access your accounts.
Two factor authentication
When you make certain types of transactions within our mobile app, you'll be sent a one-time PIN to your mobile to confirm your transaction. This is to ensure it's you that has requested the transaction.
Standard terms and conditions
Your phone service provider may have their own charges for data, texts or calls.
App available on Apple iOS version 14.0 or above and Android OS version 8.0 or above, including fingerprint and facial recognition on compatible devices. Certain features also available on smart watches.
