Resend receipts quickly and easily using the QuickPay+ app or merchant portal.

    Select transaction

    1. Log in to the Kiwibank QuickPay+ app.
    2. Tap 'Transactions' at the bottom of the screen.
    3. Choose the transaction you want to resend the receipt to.
    4. Tap 'Resend receipt'.

    Send receipt

    1. Enter the customer’s email address.
    2. Tap 'Send receipt' to confirm.

    The receipt will include the trading name, registered address and contact number for your business.

    Select transaction

    1. Log in to the Kiwibank QuickPay+ app.
    2. Tap 'Transaction' at the bottom of the screen.
    3. Choose the transaction you want to resend the receipt to.
    4. Tap 'Resend receipt'.

    1. Enter the customer’s email address.

Merchant portal

    Select transaction

    1. Log in to the Kiwibank QuickPay+ merchant portal.
    2. Click 'Manage Transactions' at the top of the screen.
    3. (Optional) Search for the transaction using its Transaction ID.
    4. (Optional) Use the filters to refine the transactions by Merchant ID, Terminal ID, approval code, status, amount, payment type or date.
    5. Click 'View Details' next to the transaction you want to resend the receipt to.

    Download receipt

    1. Click 'Merchant Receipt (PDF)' or 'Customer Receipt (PDF)' to download a copy of the receipt.
    2. Print or email the customer receipt to the customer.
