Suspend or reinstate a QuickPay+ mobile user's access using the merchant portal.

    Select user

    1. Log in to the Kiwibank QuickPay+ merchant portal.
    2. Click 'Manage Mobile Users' at the top of the screen.
    3. (Optional) Search for the user using their Mobile User ID / Terminal ID.
    4. (Optional) Use the filters to refine the users using their Merchant ID, status or created date.
    5. Select 'View Details' from the Quicklink dropdown next to the user you want to suspend or reinstate.
    6. Click 'Go'.

    Suspend user

    1. Click 'Suspend Mobile User Access'.
    2. Select the reason from the dropdown.
    3. (Optional) Add a note in the text box, if required.
    4. Click 'Submit'.

    Reinstate user

    1. Click 'Reinstate Mobile User Access'.
    2. (Optional) Add a note in the text box, if required.
    3. Click 'Submit'.
