Edit a QuickPay+ mobile user using the merchant portal, including their contact details and refund authorisation.

    Select user

    1. Log in to the Kiwibank QuickPay+ merchant portal.
    2. Click 'Manage Mobile Users' at the top of the screen.
    3. (Optional) Search for the user using their Mobile User ID / Terminal ID.
    4. (Optional) Use the filters to refine the users using their Merchant ID, status or created date.
    5. Select 'View Details' from the Quicklink dropdown next to the user you want to edit.

    Edit details

    You cannot edit the business name, Terminal ID or Mobile User ID.

    1. Click 'Edit Mobile User Details'.
    2. Edit the details you'd like to update.
    3. Click 'Next'.

    Do not tick 'Enable login via Single Sign On (SSO)' as this is not available to Kiwibank QuickPay+ users.

    Review & confirm

    1. Review the mobile user details.
    2. If they are correct, click 'Confirm'.
