Why become a registered bill payee?
Your customers can search for your name in internet banking, rather than having to find and copy in your account number.
Customers will be prompted for required reference information when they pay you, so you won’t receive payments you can’t reconcile.
How it works
- Complete a Biller Payee Registration Form (PDF 62.0 KB)and send it to us (the address is on the form).
- You can add notes for your customers to help them find the right reference and code details — and add validation to the fields (like specifying that the ‘code’ field must all be numbers) to make sure they’ve got it right.
- We’ll confirm your details and register you with all the other banks.
