Why become a registered bill payee?

  • Your customers can search for your name in internet banking, rather than having to find and copy in your account number.

  • Customers will be prompted for required reference information when they pay you, so you won’t receive payments you can’t reconcile.

How it works

  • Complete a Biller Payee Registration Form (PDF 62.0 KB)and send it to us (the address is on the form).
  • You can add notes for your customers to help them find the right reference and code details — and add validation to the fields (like specifying that the ‘code’ field must all be numbers) to make sure they’ve got it right.
  • We’ll confirm your details and register you with all the other banks.
