View audit trail in the QuickPay+ portal

View a detailed list of actions performed in the Kiwibank QuickPay+ merchant portal.

  1. View audit trail

    1. Log in to the Kiwibank QuickPay+ merchant portal.
    2. Click 'Administrator' at the top of the screen.
    3. Click 'Audit Trail' in the top left corner of the screen.
    4. (Optional) Search for the user activities using their User ID.
    5. (Optional) Use the filters to refine the user activities using the action or date.
