View QuickPay+ mobile users

View QuickPay+ mobile users using the merchant portal, including details and past transactions.

View user details
1. Log in to the Kiwibank QuickPay+ merchant portal.
2. Click 'Manage Mobile Users' at the top of the screen.
3. (Optional) Search for the user using their Mobile User ID / Terminal ID.
4. (Optional) Use the filters to refine the users using their Merchant ID, status or created date.
5. Select 'View Details' from the Quicklink dropdown next to the user you want to view.
6. Click 'Go'.

(Optional) View transactions
1. To view past transactions by the selected mobile user:
  1. select 'View Transactions' from the Quicklink dropdown, or
  2. click 'View Transactions' on the Mobile User Details page.
