Add a QuickPay+ mobile user to your business' QuickPay+ account using the merchant portal. You need to add a mobile user to start accepting payments.

    Add user

    1. Log in to the Kiwibank QuickPay+ merchant portal.
    2. Click 'Manage Mobile Users' at the top of the screen.
    3. Click 'Add a Mobile User' in the top left corner of the screen.

    Add details

    Your business will be selected by default.

    1. Create a mobile user ID. This must contain between 3–256 characters, using letters and numbers. Do not use special characters.
    2. Enter the mobile user's name.
    3. Enter their contact phone number.
    4. Enter their email address. This is required for email notifications.
    5. (Optional) Enable the user to perform refunds by ticking 'This mobile user can perform refunds'.
    6. Click 'Next'.

    Do not tick 'Enable login via Single Sign On (SSO)' as this is not available to Kiwibank QuickPay+ users.

    1. Review the mobile user details.
    2. If they are correct, click 'Confirm'.
