    Select investment

    1. Log in to the mobile app.
    2. Tap on 'More' at the bottom of the screen.
    3. Select 'Apply & open'.
    4. Tap 'Online Call'.

    Enter investment details

    1. The investment type defaults to Online Call. Swipe across to open a PIE Online Call if you're applying for a PIE investment.
    2. Enter the 'Account name'.
    3. Select the 'Nominated account'.
      1. If you select 'My account', then select your Kiwibank account, then tap 'Done'.
      2. If you select 'Another account', enter in any details, then tap 'Done'.
    4. Tap 'Funding account'.
      1. If you select to add funds now, then select the account you're using to set up your investment. Then enter the 'Funding amount'.
      2. If you select to add funds later, then tap 'Add funds later'.
    5. Tap 'Continue'.

    Complete your application

    1. Read the terms and conditions and declaration.
    2. Tap 'Confirm and open'.
    3. Select 'Open new account'.
    4. Tap 'Ok'.

    1. Log in to internet banking.
    2. Click 'Apply & open' at the top of the screen.
    3. Select 'Savings & investments'.
    4. Click 'Online Call' or 'PIE Online Call' if you're applying for a PIE investment.
    5. Select 'Next'.

    Enter investment details

    1. After you've read the information, click 'Begin the application process'.
    2. Select who the account is for.
      1. If you're opening an investment for yourself, click 'You'.
      2. If you're opening an investment for a joint account, click 'You and another person who's a Kiwibank customer and uses internet banking', then click 'Yes, we have a joint Kiwibank account'.
      3. If the account is for someone else, complete our form and an investment specialist will contact you.
    3. Click 'Next page'.
    4. Enter the investment details.
    5. Click 'Next page'.

    Complete your application

    1. Check the details you’ve entered.
    2. Read the terms and conditions and declaration.
    3. Click 'Open'.
