Deregister a device

Learn how to deregister the device linked to your mobile app if you'd like to change or update your device, or if it's been lost or stolen.

    Deregister your old device within the mobile app

    1. Log in to the mobile app.
    2. Tap 'More' at the bottom of your screen.
    3. Select to 'Settings'.
    4. Tap 'Security'.
    5. Select 'Manage device'.
    6. Tap 'Deregister this device'.
    7. Select 'Deregister now'. You'll be logged out and your personal data will be removed.
