If you've been impacted by an unexpected event in your community, such as an extreme weather event, we're here to help and support you in a range of ways. We'll keep this page updated with details of support you can access in the case of a widespread event.

Personal banking support

When an emergency event occurs, we may be able to offer the following types of support.

    • You may be able to access an emergency relief loan for essential needs, up to $1,000 for up to six months at 0% p.a. interest. Eligibility criteria applies.

When an emergency event occurs, we may be able to offer the following types of support.

    • Changing to interest-only repayments
    • Repayment deferral

  • Investments

    • Early access to some of your Term Deposit funds
