Set up Phone ID over the phone
- Call 0800 133 355.
- Answer a few questions from one of our team.
- They'll give you a temporary PIN.
- They'll put you through to a secure, automated process to change your PIN.
- Enter your access number then #.
- Enter the temporary PIN then #.
- Choose a new four digit PIN.
- Re-enter your new four digit PIN.
If successful, you'll be put back through to our team.
If unsuccessful, our team will discuss what didn't work and help you through the process.
In branch
Set up Phone ID in branch
- Visit your nearest branch.
- Answer a few questions from one of our team.
- They'll give you a temporary PIN.
- Call 0800 133 355.
- When prompted, select option 1 to go to Phone banking.
- Enter your access number then #.
- Enter the temporary PIN then #.
- Choose a new four digit PIN.
- Re-enter your new four digit PIN.
If successful, you'll hear your account balance played to you.
If unsuccessful, you'll be asked to try again. If it doesn't work a second time, one of our team will reset the temporary PIN and help you through the process.
How to use Phone ID
When you call us, you can use Phone ID to automatically verify your identity by entering your access number and four digit PIN when prompted.
- Call 0800 133 355.
- Enter your access number then #.
- Enter your four digit PIN then #.
- That's it! Now you can get banking support from our team.
