Find your access number

Your access number can be found

• On the back of your Visa Debit, credit or EFTPOS card.
  • Note: EFTPOS cards issued at Kiwibank branches won't include your access number.
• Within the mobile app tap 'More' at the bottom of your screen. Your access number will be under your name, next to our Kiwibank logo at the top of the screen.
• On most Kiwibank bank statements.
• Within your welcome email if you're a new customer.
