Update your bank statement preference

Using internet banking, you can choose how you'd like to receive bank statements for each of your accounts.

Update your statement preference within internet banking

This functionality is only available within internet banking.

  1. Log in to internet banking.
  2. Click 'Settings' at the top of the screen.
  3. Under 'Personal settings and details', click 'Statement settings'.
  4. Click either 'Online' or 'Email' as your preferred delivery method for each of your accounts.
    1. If you choose online, you can view your statements within internet banking. You'll stop receiving your statements via email.
    2. If you choose email, to update the email address that statements are emailed to, delete the displayed email address and enter your preferred email address.
  5. Click on ‘Save settings’.
