Update your statement preference within internet banking
This functionality is only available within internet banking.
- Log in to internet banking.
- Click 'Settings' at the top of the screen.
- Under 'Personal settings and details', click 'Statement settings'.
- Click either 'Online' or 'Email' as your preferred delivery method for each of your accounts.
- If you choose online, you can view your statements within internet banking. You'll stop receiving your statements via email.
- If you choose email, to update the email address that statements are emailed to, delete the displayed email address and enter your preferred email address.
- Click on ‘Save settings’.
