This form is only for customers who are already receiving support from the Kiwibank Relief and Resilience programme and wish to apply for further support. If you’re not already receiving support, you need to make a new application for either personal or business support.
If this is an individual request, you just need to fill in your own details as the primary customer. If it’s a joint request, we’ll need information for both you and the secondary customer.
