Reset your password in the mobile app
- Log in to the mobile app.
- Tap 'More' at the bottom of the screen.
- Select 'Settings'.
- Tap 'Security'.
- Select 'Change password'.
- Answer one of your KeepSafe questions.
- Tap 'Continue'.
- Enter your current password.
- Enter your new password. Passwords are case sensitive and must:
- Be 6–15 characters long
- Have at least 2 numbers
- Have at least 2 letters.
A mix of uppercase and lowercase letters makes your password stronger.
10. Re-enter your new password to confirm it.
11. Tap 'Save'.
Internet banking
Reset your password in internet banking
- Log in to internet banking.
- Click 'Settings' at the top of the screen.
- Under 'Security settings', click 'Password'.
- Enter your current password.
- Enter your new password. Passwords are case sensitive and must:
- Be 6–15 characters long
- Have at least 2 numbers
- Have at least 2 letters.
A mix of uppercase and lowercase letters makes your password stronger.
6. Re-enter your new password to confirm it.
7. Click 'Save changes'.
