Protecting yourself from impersonation calls

Hang up
If something doesn't feel right, or you're not sure, end the call immediately.

If you’re not sure if the call was real, and you shared personal or banking details, call us immediately on 0800 113 355 (or +64 4 473 1133 from overseas).

Protect your password
Ensure your banking password is different to other passwords, and update it regularly. Never share your password, PIN or one-time PIN with anyone.

What to do if you've been scammed
Anyone can fall for a scam. If you suspect that you've been scammed, get in touch with us as soon as possible.
