If you have a compatible phone you can also log in with Touch ID or fingerprint login. Check balances, make payments, view your account history (and future), and securely email our Online Customer Service team.

Don’t have a smartphone? Text BAL to 5494 and we’ll text you back your available balance and last five transactions – or the available balance of up to five of your accounts.

You can also sign up for TXT alerts – we’ll text (or email) you when key stuff happens on your accounts.

Down with the touchtone?

We still do old-school phone banking from any touchtone phone. Call 0800 11 33 55 and follow the prompts – your first five calls a month are free, and then fees apply.
