All ATMs located at our Kiwibank branches are Kiwibank branded Smart ATMs. You can also use Allpoint branded ATMs — operated by NCR Atleos, the leader in ATM technology — or other banks' ATMs for free within New Zealand.

- There are limits on how much you can withdraw from ATMs per day.

- Coins are not accepted at ATMs. You can deposit them over the counter at one of our branches (weekdays only) or Local for Kiwibank retailers.

- Plug in a headset and listen to prompts. The ATMs are audio enhanced, making it easier for those with vision and reading difficulties.
