We're aware of an issue where out-of-date credit card balances are being displayed on our internet and mobile banking app for some customers.

Our technical team is working to resolve this issue.

As long as you're within your credit limit, this error won’t impact on transactions.

We apologise for the inconvenience and will make it right for customers by refunding any fees incurred due to the issue. Please be aware that process may take some time to work through.

Work around

  • Internet banking and mobile internet banking: Once logged in, go to the credit card screen details and the correct balance will be displayed.
  • Mobile app: Credit card quick balance is incorrect but once logged in, the correct balances will appear.
