The Mentemia mental wellbeing app

The Mentemia app has been developed by a team of technology, content and clinical experts and offers evidence-based tools and techniques that build and nurture greater wellbeing. It uses machine-learning, so over time, it gets to know you and is able to respond to your individual needs.
