With phone banking you can manage your Kiwibank accounts 24/7 from any touchtone phone. Just call 0800 11 33 55.

It's quick and convenient and your first five calls a month are free (your phone service provider may charge you for phone banking calls from your mobile phone). After your first five calls, a fee will apply.

Existing customers

Call us on 0800 11 33 55 and we'll set it up over the phone. Please have your access number handy – it's printed on your Kiwibank ATM/EFTPOS or Visa Debit Card.

Not yet a Kiwibank customer?

Call us on 0800 11 33 55 to make an appointment to open an account at your local Kiwibank.

Once you open an account, you can register for phone banking. You'll be given a temporary phone banking PIN that you'll need to change to a number that only you know. Your phone banking will then be ready to go.

Security

It's important that you protect your phone banking PIN. If you find out that someone else knows your PIN, contact us immediately on 0800 11 33 55.

Please note that your phone banking PIN is not the same as your ATM card PIN.
