Get started

Go to www.kiwibank.co.nz on your mobile and use your internet banking access number and password to log in.

If you aren't registered for internet banking, call us on 0800 11 33 55 (or 04 473 1133 on your mobile) and we'll set you up.

Security

Mobile banking uses secure socket layer (SSL) to keep your information as safe and secure as possible. However, we recommend using caution if you use Wifi to connect to the internet. Use the highest form of Wifi encryption possible (usually this will be WPA2) to minimise your exposure to risk.
