To receive online statements, you'll need internet access and Kiwibank internet banking. Log in to internet banking to retrieve your statements from the statement library.
For email statements, you'll need internet access and an email account. We'll email your statements to your email address.*
*Email statements may pass through external email servers on their way to your inbox. These servers are outside of Kiwibank's control and as such, we can't guarantee their security. We recommend using online statements with Kiwibank internet banking as a more secure alternative.
To switch from paper statements to online or email, log in to internet banking and select 'Statements' from Your settings & services.
