Register for internet banking
To register for internet banking, you can visit your local Kiwibank or call us on 0800 11 33 55 between 7am and 9pm, Monday to Friday, or between 8am and 6pm at the weekend.
Next steps
Once you've registered, you'll need to activate internet banking by logging in within 7 days. You'll need your temporary password (which we'll give you when you register) and your customer access number to log in.
When you log in, you'll need to change your temporary password to one you'll use from now on. You'll also need to set up KeepSafe, our enhanced security tool.
