Internet banking’s had a makeover. When you log in you’ll see a new look navigation bar, with your Online Relationship Manager and Settings now part of the main navigation, next to the Apply & open button.
If you don’t have an Online Relationship Manager yet, your Secure Mail messages will appear in that spot until you’re assigned your manager later this year. Jump the queue.

You can now copy and paste an entire account number into internet banking – no more copy/pasting one field at a time!
How it works:

Switch your payments from another bank to your Kiwibank account.
Give us your old bank account number and we’ll move all your automatic payments, direct debits and regular bill payments to your Kiwibank account.
Open a new everyday or savings account through ‘Apply & Open’ – and start using it straight away.
You can open joint accounts, too, if you already have another Kiwibank account together.
Open a new Notice Saver through Apply & Open > Investments. Once your account is open, you can:
Switch your payments from another bank to your Kiwibank account. Give us your old bank account number and we’ll move all your automatic payments, direct debits and regular bill payments to your Kiwibank account. We can even close your old account for you when we’re done.
We can also generate letters so you can get your income (from your employer, WINZ or Inland Revenue) paid into your Kiwibank account.
