If you’ve forgotten your access number, you can find it most of our cards – or on any statement from us.
If you’ve forgotten your password, call us on 0800 11 33 55 with your access number and the ID you used when you opened your account (usually your driver’s licence or passport). Once we’ve confirmed you’re you, we’ll give you a temporary password over the phone.
After three unsuccessful attempts at logging in, your internet banking account is locked automatically. This is to protect you from anyone trying to access your information. To unlock it, call us on 0800 11 33 55 with your ID handy – we’ll ask you some questions to make sure you’re you, and then we’ll give you a new temporary password. Once you’re logged in, you’ll be prompted to change this password to something you’ll remember.
Each time you log in to internet banking, you’ll need to answer a KeepSafe question to access your accounts. If you’re having trouble using KeepSafe, check out our FAQs – or, if you think it’s a technical issue, try our trouble shooting page.
If you’re still having trouble logging in, contact us and we’ll help you out.
