The following are the fees and costs you pay on vehicle loans:

What you'll pay to cover the administration costs on your vehicle loan. $290. |
| Assignment fee |
When your vehicle loan is transferred from a borrower's and/or guarantor's name to another borrower's and/or guarantor's name. $290 per transfer. |
| Caveat fee |
What you'll pay to cover the cost of registering and releasing a caveat over your property, when you provide a house or land as security for your vehicle loan. Up to $163 per property. |
| Contract variation fee |
When you change the motor vehicle provided as security for your vehicle loan. $150 per change. |
| Dishonoured payment fee |
When a payment to your vehicle loan account is dishonoured. $10 per dishonoured payment. |
| Early repayment fee |
When you repay your vehicle loan in full early. $150. |
| Pre-possession notice fee |
When a pre-possession notice is issued to you. $45 per pre-possession notice. |
| Refinance fee |
When you request a change that results in changes to your payments. For example, when you request a vehicle loan top-up or reduce or extend the term of your vehicle loan. $290 per change. |
| Refund fee |
When you make an overpayment on your vehicle loan and it's refunded to your account upon request. $20 per refund. |
| Repossession and debt recovery costs |
If your vehicle is repossessed you'll be charged any third party costs in relation to the repossession, such as repossession agent and repairer fees. Third party legal fees incurred recovering any outstanding balance will also be charged. |
| Repossession fee |
When your motor vehicle is repossessed. $200. |
| Repossession warrant fee |
When we issue a repossession warrant as a result of serious default, such as overdue loan payments. $75 per repossession warrant. |
| Security registration fee |
What you'll pay to cover the cost of registering the security over your motor vehicle at the Personal Property Securities Register. $3 per security. |
| Statement copy fee |
When you ask us for a copy of an account statement. $10 per statement. |
| Telegram fee |
When we send you a telegram asking that you contact us. $8.95 per telegram. |
