Join the Kiwibank KiwiSaver Scheme by phone
You can only join by phone if you’re already a Kiwibank customer. Whether you’re transferring from another scheme, or you’re new to KiwiSaver, all you need to do is sign a form and return it to us to complete the signup.
Before calling us, you must read the

- Call us on 0800 11 33 55
- We’ll take your details then send you an investment statement and an enrolment form to sign which you’ll need to return to us.
- Leave the rest to us! We’ll send you confirmation when it’s all sorted.
- If you're transferring from another scheme, we’ll also notify your existing provider and arrange the transfer of your funds. You may wish to talk with your existing provider about whether there are any fees or terms or conditions that apply to your transfer. We’ll send you a confirmation statement when it’s all sorted.
If you’re not yet a Kiwibank customer, you can join the Kiwibank KiwiSaver Scheme at your local Kiwibank.

A disclosure statement required by law is available, free of charge, from your Kiwibank Wealth Adviser or on request by calling 0800 529 325. The Kiwibank KiwiSaver Scheme, the issuer of which is Trustees Executors Superannuation Limited and the promoters of which are Kiwibank Investment Management Limited, Kiwibank Limited and their directors. Units in the Kiwibank KiwiSaver Scheme do not represent deposits or other liabilities of Kiwibank Limited.
