Eligibility and entitlements

To be eligible for the Graduate Pack, you must have successfully completed at least one year of full or part–time study at a New Zealand University, Polytech or NZQA approved place of study. You must consent to receiving emails and texts from Kiwibank about great new offers and promotional stuff (without an unsubscribe facility). You can unsubscribe at any time by calling 0800 11 33 55.

To be eligible for a Kiwibank Low Rate MasterCard, personal loan or interest free overdraft, you need to be aged 18 years or over, be a permanent New Zealand resident, have a good credit history and have any income paid into your Kiwibank account.

You’re entitled to the benefits of the Graduate Pack for up to two years after you successfully complete your studies, and after that, Kiwibank’s standard fees will apply.

To be eligible for the flat account, you must have your personal banking with Kiwibank.
