Give us a call on 0800 523 523 and we’ll take you through the application process over the phone.

We’ll need to get some ID information from you, so if you have the following on hand when you call, it will help speed up the process:

  • Your current NZ drivers licence; and
  • Your current NZ Passport

We will also need to verify your address. We are able to do this for you over the phone if:

  • You have a vehicle registered in your name; or
  • You own your own home

Even if you don’t have all of the above, we can still sign you up. You’ll just need to pop in and see us with some ID before you can use your new accounts – we’ll let you know what and when.
