You can either call us on 0800 11 33 55 to arrange an appointment, or drop in to your local Kiwibank. If we can’t see you straight away, we'll make an appointment for a time that suits you.
If you’re aged 13 or over, you can open an account without a parent or guardian present. If you’re under 13, you’ll need to bring your parent or guardian with you.
You’ll need to bring your birth certificate or passport for identification when opening an account.
