You can either call us on 0800 11 33 55 to arrange an appointment, or drop in to your local Kiwibank. If we can’t see you straight away, we'll make an appointment for a time that suits you.
You can save time when you come in by completing this 
credit card application form (PDF 218 KB) and bringing it in with you.
You'll also need to bring in with you:
- a driver's licence or passport (if you don't have either of these, we're able to accept a combination of other documents proving your identification AND
- a recent power bill, phone bill or bank statement showing your current address (no older than 90 days)
