Limits

The following are the limits that apply to Business MasterCards®:

Maximum amount for cash advance

The maximum amount that the customer can withdraw or transfer from the credit card account.

$1,000 per day from ATMs or via internet banking (limited to five withdrawals or transfers per day).

$5,000 per day over the counter from banks and financial institutions, less any ATM withdrawals or internet banking transfers that day (limited to two withdrawals per day).
Maximum amount for purchases

The maximum amount the customer can purchase using a credit card.

$80 per MasterCard PayPass™ Tap and Go™ transaction in New Zealand. Limits for MasterCard PayPass transactions overseas are available on the MasterCard website.

A day is from 12.00 midnight to 12.00 midnight, New Zealand time. Limits effective as at 1 November 2011. Limits subject to change. Unless otherwise specified, all amounts shown are in New Zealand dollars.
