The following are the fees and costs payable in relation to the Kiwibank KiwiSaver Scheme:

The fee for the administration of the customer's accounts in the Kiwibank KiwiSaver Scheme. $1 per customer per calendar month. |

| Management fee – Classic |
The fee for the management of each Fund in Classic.

| Management fee – Self Managed |
The fee for the management of each Fund in Self Managed.

| Switch fee |
The fee to change Investment Options, change Funds, or, if the customer has chosen Self Managed, to move money between Funds or change the allocation of contributions the customer has already made. $25 for the third and each subsequent qualifying change the customer makes in any 12 month period commencing on the customer's enrolment date or the anniversary of the customer's enrolment date, as applicable. |
The management fee is calculated as a percentage of the gross asset value of each Fund on each valuation day and is reflected in that Fund's unit price. The management fee for each Fund doesn't include direct or indirect costs of buying, selling or investing in assets; extraordinary fees and expenses; or performance fees charged by the underlying fund(s) into which the Fund directly or indirectly invests.
