When the customer asks for a cheque to be cleared quicker than the standard three business days. $15 per special answer. |

When the customer asks Kiwibank for a copy of an account statement. $4 per statement. |
| Stop cheque fee |
When the customer asks Kiwibank to stop a cheque. $20 per cheque. |
| Transaction history printout at branch fee |
When the customer asks Kiwibank for a transaction history printout at a Kiwibank branch. $0.30 per request for a basic transaction history (available from a customer service representative). $4 per request for a detailed transaction history (available from a Kiwibank banking representative). |

When the customer hasn’t initiated any transactions for one year and has a balance of less than $200 across all the customer’s accounts. $30 per year. If the customer has less than $30, the customer’s account(s) will be closed. |
| Notice Saver immediate withdrawal penalty |
When the customer withdraws money from Notice Saver without giving the required notice. The amount of the charge varies depending on the amount being withdrawn, the rate of return and the required notice period. |
| Term deposit early termination charge |
When the customer terminates a term deposit before the end of its term. The amount of the charge varies depending on the current interest rates and how long the term deposit has left to run. |
