The following are the fees the customer pays to have a Business MasterCard®:

The following are the fees and costs the customer pays for services on a Business MasterCard:
| Card replacement fee |
When the customer asks for a replacement credit card. $10 per card. |
| Cash advance fee |
When the customer withdraws or transfers money from the available credit card balance. Kiwibank ATMs – $2 per transaction. Other New Zealand ATMs – $2.50 per transaction. Kiwibank over the counter – $2.50 per transaction. Other New Zealand banks and financial institutions over the counter – $3 per transaction. Overseas ATMs – $6 per transaction. Overseas banks and financial institutions over the counter – $6 per transaction. Internet banking transfers – $2 per transaction. Other banks may charge an additional fee. |
| Dishonour fee |
When the customer’s automatic payment, bill payment, direct debit or cheque payment is dishonoured by its bank. $20 per payment not made. |
| Disputed item fee |
When the customer disputes an item and the item was in fact correctly charged. $25 per item. |
| Emergency card and/or cash if overseas fee |
When the customer needs a new card or cash while overseas. $52 per request. Courier costs will apply. |
| Internet banking access | Free. |
| Investigation fee |
When the customer asks Kiwibank to investigate something about the customer’s account. $60 per hour. Minimum fee $15. |
| Late payment fee |
When the customer’s minimum payment isn't received by Kiwibank on or before the payment date shown in the customer’s monthly statement. $15 per late payment. |
| Over limit fee |
When the customer exceeds the maximum credit limit. $20 each month in which the customer’s balance has exceeded the maximum credit limit. |
| Overseas currency conversion commission |
When the customer uses the credit card for a foreign currency transaction. 2.5% of the New Zealand dollar amount once converted. |
| Phone banking fee (applies across all the customer’s banking) |
When the customer uses phone banking. First five calls per month free, then:

| Statement copy fee |
When the customer asks for a copy of a monthly statement. $5 per statement. |
| Urgent card fee |
When the customer needs a new card delivered quickly. $25 per card for delivery within Auckland, Hamilton, Wellington, Christchurch or Dunedin. Courier costs will apply for delivery anywhere else in New Zealand. The emergency card and/or cash if overseas fee will apply for delivery overseas. |
| Urgent cleared funds fee |
When the customer asks for funds to be cleared quicker. $25 per clearance. |
| Voucher copy fee |
When the customer asks for a copy of a sales voucher. $15 per voucher. |
When Kiwibank converts foreign currency into New Zealand dollars, Kiwibank makes money on the conversion. Fees effective as at 1 November 2011. Fees subject to change. Unless otherwise specified, all amounts shown are in New Zealand dollars.
