Phone banking
Transfer money, pay bills and check your balances through our automated phone banking line. Your first five calls a month are free, and then fees apply.
Call 0800 11 33 55 and follow the prompts.
TXT banking
While we’re working on our business banking app, you can get your available balance and last five transactions by TXT — or the available balance of up to five of your accounts.
Set it up under ‘settings’ in internet banking, and then whenever you text BAL to 5494, we’ll text you right back.
You can also sign up for TXT alerts — we’ll text (or email) you when key things happen on your accounts.
