We’re making more improvements to internet banking for business! The next lot of changes are out now – you’ll find the highlights below. You’ll notice more changes over the next few months, all designed to make your day-to-day banking quicker and easier.
Choose to process multiple payments and batch uploads as you submit them (we process payments every hour on business days) or at 9pm – giving you a buffer to edit or cancel payments even after they’re submitted. (Payments that have been amended will need to be re-authorised.)
Pick a date range and create a PDF statement to print or save on the fly. One transaction per line with detailed payment references in a new landscape format.
Order a Visa Debit Card and choose a PIN for it online, and we’ll post it to you ready to use.
Print and save PDF transaction reports at each point in the payment process, complete with status and audit trail information - get a clear record of when payments were made and by whom.
Now you can see all your pending authorisations together. Select all the lines you’re ready to approve and hit ‘authorise’ to authorise all the selected payments or batches at once.
View each payment or batch of payments.
We’ve moved your templates to the multiple payments page, so you don’t have to click through to see them.
Create a PDF of each template for your records.
Quickly create a new payment by editing an existing template – hit zero all to clear all the current values and start again.
See a quick count of the payees in the batch.
We’ll check your batch file for errors as you upload it – no need to wait for an email.
You can now copy and paste an entire account number into internet banking – no more copy/pasting one field at a time!

We’ve added a new security section, with handy information and links. If you spot anything that doesn’t look right to you, call us on 0800 11 33 55 as soon as possible.
