The Unsolicited Messages Act 2007

The Unsolicited Messages Act 2007 came into effect on the 5th of September 2007. The best way for Kiwibank to comply with the Act is to allow recipients to opt-in to receive electronic communications by ticking a box - it's that easy. We need your permission to send you emails and text messages for great new offers and promotional related communications.

If you choose not to receive promotional communications from us, there are times when we may send you important service information.
