Kiwibank launches six-month mortgage special

Kiwibank has today cut its six month home loan rate from 5.65% p.a. to 5.39 p.a. The new rate significantly undercuts competing bank rates.
Kiwibank Communications Manager Bruce Thompson said the “special” rate is aimed at customers seeking some level of certainty over the short term and undercuts the bank’s variable rate of 5.65% p.a.
